Buick Tops Mass Market Brands in Customer Service Index Study

For the second year in a row, we have the pleasure of announcing Buick as the highest-ranked mass-market auto brand in J.D. Power’s 2015 U.S. Customer Service Index Study.

Franchise dealers are evaluated by customer satisfaction during visits for maintenance and repairs. Satisfaction is measured by surveys which gather information on five service areas: service quality, initiation, advisor, facility, and vehicle pick-up. Not surprisingly, service quality is given the most weight in determining an automaker’s overall score.

Scores are based on a 1,000-point scale. Buick scored an 836.
